TeamKids at Holly Springs Baptist Church
What is TeamKids? TeamKIDs is a fun, high-energy discipleship club for kids’ ages 3 years to 4th grade that meets every Wednesday night 6:30 – 7:45 PM. Our TeamKID uses Bible stories, skits, scripture memory, music, games, and missions segments and activities to help kids learn and apply God’s Biblical principles in their everyday lives. Club night begins with our TeamKID huddle (group praise and worship time). The kids are then divided up by age group and are engaged in warm-up (get involved activity), workout (Bible lesson), reach out (Mission emphasis), and stretching (Bible memory verse activity) with their classroom coaches. The recreation coaches lead the kids in tournament time and cool down (games and review). The goal of the TeamKID club is to encourage kids to know Jesus Christ and to grow in a relationship with Him.
We are in need of several people to help us in the 2011-2012 school year. Also, if you do not want to commit on a weekly basis, but could help occasionally, we need substitutes and floaters. I pray that each of you will prayerfully consider where you can serve. It’s gonna be an amazing year!!! Don’t miss out on doing your part.
